Extension of mandatory certification date for 32 products (ERs) covered under phase-Ill 8r, IV of MTCTE from 01.10.2023 to 01.01.2024- reg.

in partial modification to this office Notification no. 5-2/2021-TC/TEC/164 dated 23.00.2023 w.r.t. the testing 86 certification of telecommunication equipment under Phase-Ill 86 Phasc-IV of Mandatory Testing 86 Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (MTCTE) regime, as provisioned in Indian Te:cgraph (Amendment) Rules, 2017, the following amendment is hereby not.^–..`’.cd with immediate effect as mentioned below:

Extension of date of mandatory certification of 32 products (ERs) covered under MTCTE Phase-III 86 Phase-IV by three months i.e. 01.10.2023 to 01.01.2024. The list of 32 products is placed at Annexurc-I.

Further, all other terms 86 conditions including mandatory date of other 12 products, details etc. mentioned in said notification dated 23.06.2023 shall remain unchanged.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
